Arms and flag adopted by the Commune Council on December 3, 2002 (Resolution # II/9/2002).

Arms: wicker basket (brown) full of the stalks of four basic grains, Garden Lupin (Lupinus polyphyllus) flowers and grapes.
Flag: green, with the Arms in the center."

NB: The Arms and flag of the Belchatow Commune are heavily criticized for being hard to recognize from the distance - the colors blend too much - so it is expected it would be changed in the near future.
