Che³m¿a - urban commune, Toruñ County, Kujawsko-pomorskie Voivodship - former German name: Kulmsee (1772-1805 and 1815-1920 and 1939-45); early: Culmsee; old Polish name: £oza (until 1251).

There is no description of the Arms available.

"Color of the City of Chelmza is LIGHT BLUE (polish: blekitny)
The flag of the city is a rectangular piece of cloth in LIGHT BLUE color, with the City's Arms placed in right, lower corner."
[The addendum to the Law ("Statut") shows the CoA  with the roofs and the gate in LIGHT BLUE (blekitny) color, but the flag there is shown as DARK BLUE with the cut-out of the Arms just slapped in the right, lower corner.].
